Your Responsibilities

  • You advise our customers regarding the technical and functional implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • You analyze, consult, design, and implement applications for defined HR business processes
  • You execute specified tasks in a project independently and take responsibility for the execution. If needed, you investigate alternative solutions for a defined problem
  • You support the comprehensive integration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central into an existing process and system landscape for our customers
  • You are responsible for the management of a defined sub-project and take care of project-related tasks (scheduling, resource planning, and budgeting for your sub-project)
  • You develop and optimize interfaces
  • You advocate the best practice approach 
  • You mentor other, more junior colleagues 

Your Profile

  • A degree in computer sciences, information systems, or business administration, or equivalent professional experience
  • SuccessFactors Employee Central Associate Certification desirable
  • 2+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • 2+ full implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors ONB 2.0 is a plus
  • Knowledge of SaaS solutions, Web technologies, and business integration solutions
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel, high achievement motivation
  • Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
