Your Responsibilities
After successful completion of training phase you will be able to manage and assist the team in the development of the IT projects ( concept, products, processes)
IT consulting projects for national and international clients across diverse markets where the level and range of responsibilities depending on the role
Defining customer needs, working out of concepts and the implementation of IT and process solutions
Career paths leading in the direction of implementation, consulting and project management
Your profile
Degree in computer science, business, business administration, information management or equivalent
Few or more years of experience in development and/or consulting and/or project business with focus on HR IT projects
You have adequate practical knowledge in programming you have a desire and willingness to learn about HR-IT applications or to work in risk management, business process management , information security areas;
High degree at service orientation and customer excellence with solution-oriented thinking and efficient method of working
You have excellent communication skills with innovative, entrepreneurial and can-do mindset
You are flexible and motivated and have a structured way of working;
You are a team player with strong communication skills
Team competence and high degree of self-initiative and independence
Excellent language skills in German and English Language
