Your Responsibilities

  • Working with HR-IT applications or in risk management, business process management or information security areas
  • Completion of trainings and certificates during the orientation phase
  • Realization of IT consulting projects for national and international clients across diverse markets, with the level and range of responsibilities depending on the role
  • Defining customer needs, working out concepts and the implementation of IT and process solutions

 

Your profile

  • You have a degree in computer science, business administration, information management or equivalent practical experience
  • Ideally you have work experience in development and/or consulting and/or project business with focus on HR IT projects
  • You enjoy innovation and want to create positive change in the world
  • You are a team player with strong communication skills, as well as have a structured and independent way of working
  • You are driven, motivated and flexible
  • You possess excellent language skills in (written and spoken) German and English
