As a  Product Sales Associate, you will identify and engage new leads, convert opportunities into deals, and help organizations transform their HR technology landscape. Your responsibilities:


Business Development & Lead Generation

 

  • Identify and engage potential customers through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify leads and convert them into active sales opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers.


Sales Pitching & Deal Closing

 

  • Clearly communicate the value of SAP-based solutions to prospective customers.
  • Conduct engaging product presentations and sales demonstrations.
  • Negotiate and successfully close deals with confidence.


CRM & Sales Reporting

 

  • Utilize CRM tools to track leads, monitor pipeline progress, and measure sales performance.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance updates to management.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.


Collaboration & Teamwork

 

  • Work closely with pre-sales, marketing, and subject matter experts.
  • Support go-to-market strategies and contribute to sales initiatives.
  • Share insights and best practices to strengthen the sales team.


Your Profile:


Experience: 2–5 years in B2B SaaS or IT sales, with a strong track record in business development and lead generation.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in selling off-the-shelf software solutions in the German market.
Languages: Fluent in German (B2/C1) and English.
Skills: 

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Business acumen and an eagerness to learn and grow.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Location: Based in Germany, with flexibility and willingness to travel.
