We are seeking an innovative, experienced, highly skilled SuccessFactors Talent & Recruiting Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and administrating SuccessFactors Talent: Performance & Goals, Succession & Development. Your Responsibilities:
- Empower clients with expert advice on HR processes and the seamless technical and functional implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, specializing in the talent processes including Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Compensation Management, Learning Management and talent related Platform features.
- Analyze business requirements, identify gaps and recommend best practices to turn them into effective SuccessFactors Talent processes.
- Lead projects from scoping to requirements gathering to configuration and testing, deployment and go-live.
- Unleash your expertise by analyzing, consulting, designing, and implementing cutting-edge HR business process applications.
- Lead engaging training sessions and hands-on workshops.
Your Profile:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a consultant in SuccessFactors Talent Management.
- Proven experience in SuccessFactors Performance & Goals and Succession Management.
- Knowledge of HR processes, best practices, with a focus on Talent Management as a minimum.
- Experience in Platform features, integration, reporting and analytics experience is a plus.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- Ambitious, eager to learn, strongly customer-oriented, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel.
