Your Responsibilities

  • You advise our customers regarding HR processes and the technical and functional implementation of SAP SuccessFactors with focus on Payroll
  • You lead project teams responsibly and efficiently 
  • You analyze, consult, design, and implement applications for defined HR business processes 
  • You support the comprehensive integration of SAP SuccessFactors into an existing process and system landscape for our customers 
  • You advocate the best practice approach 
  • You mentor other, more junior colleagues 

Your Profile

  • Degree in computer science, information systems, or business administration, or equivalent professional experience 
  • Relevant SAP certification in HR/Cloud and/or interfaces 
  • Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors 
  • Knowledge of SaaS solutions, Web technologies, and business integration solutions 
  • Strong customer orientation 
  • Ability to work in a team and to manage a team 
  • High degree of initiative, a structured and independent way of working 
  • Willingness to travel 
  • Fluent in German, English is a plus
