On our current growth path, we attach great importance to a professional, open and international working environment for our employees and are looking for an experienced and competent HR specialist (m/f/d) for the processing and optimization of operational HR tasks for our German locations as well as the coordination of group-wide HR administration processes.


Your Responsibilities:

 

  • You will support our employees in Germany along the employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding) and handle personnel administration (including the creation of employment contracts, reference letters and certificates as well as the administration of vacation, absences and sick leave).
  • You will be responsible for managing personnel files, maintaining personnel master data and preparing the monthly payroll, working closely with our external payroll service provider. You will also deal with social security and tax issues, reporting and company pension schemes.
  • You are the main contact and person of trust for employees and managers of the German legal units in all personnel-related and labor law issues, such as working hours, salary issues, maternity and parental leave.
  • You are responsible for the coordination and harmonization of operational HR processes in cooperation with our local contact persons in the countries. You will ensure that Group-wide guidelines and best practices are introduced and used across countries. You will also be responsible for creating HR key figures and reports.
  • You will contribute your experience and ideas to make our operational HR with international focus better every day. You will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders.


Your Profile:

 

  • You have completed an apprenticeship or a degree in HR, ideally with further training as an HR specialist.
  • You have several years of professional experience in HR, particularly in operational HR administration, and are experienced in all daily HR tasks and processes. You have a good knowledge of German labor, tax and social security law and can assess which cases require external support due to their increased complexity.
  • In addition to your expertise in German HR administration, you also enjoy working closely with international colleagues. Your very good command of both, German and English, and your cultural sensitivity will help you to do this.
  • Your structured, detailed and independent way of working is the basis for your success. Discretion, reliability and a high level of service orientation are a matter of course for you. Your effective communication makes you a trusted point of contact for employees and other stakeholders.
  • You have an eye for optimization potential and the drive to work on general processes and guidelines in addition to your daily HR tasks. You also enjoy working in a dynamic environment that regularly reinvents itself. Room for initiative is highly encouraged.
