Our Project Services Team

 

We are a dynamic team with diverse tasks in the Project Services area and are looking for dedicated working students (m/f/d) to support us immediately.

 

Your Tasks

 

  • Project Setup: Creation and maintenance of projects in our project management tool based on defined guidelines. Reviewing information and coordinating with project managers.
  • Invoicing: Preparing the monthly billing based on recorded project hours in coordination with the respective project managers.
  • Project Controlling: Supporting various tasks in project controlling as agreed upon.

 

Your Profile

 

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Business, Controlling, or similar fields.
  • Reliable and structured way of working.
  • Very good German and English skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong communication skills and team spirit.
